XXIII Congreso Torino 2008 Del Mundo de UIA Arquitectura Que transmite Turín, El 29 De De junio - El 3 De Julio De 2008 Después de Barcelona, de Berlín, de Beijing y de Estambul, fijan a la comunidad mundial de arquitectos al reunir en Turín, Italia, entre el de 29 de de junio y 3 de julio 2008, en la ocasión de la 23ro unión internacional del congreso del mundo de los arquitectos. Para la primera vez desde 1948 una ciudad italiana debe recibir este acontecimiento internacional importante, eligiendo como su arquitectura que transmite del tema total: arquitectura que se comunica y se comunica, de todas las maneras y en todas las localizaciones, implicando cada aspecto de una profesión que trate, sobre una base diaria, de la calidad de la vida, el paisaje y el ambiente. Arquitectura Que transmite; comunicándose para aumentar el conocimiento de, el conocimiento de y la demanda para la arquitectura de la alta calidad entre un ancho una audiencia como sea posible, se animará que alternadamente que participe en una manera activa y dinámica.

The Technical Chamber of Greece and the UIA
Work Programme on architecture and renewable
energy sources (ARES) announce the launch of
an international ideas competition that
invites architects to develop new
construction methods and practices for
efficient shells and settlement units that
will satisfy the urgent housing needs
engendered by different geographic,
topographic, ecological, social, or
political crises.
Architects from around the world are invited
to submit viable solutions for inhabitants
that can be set up quickly and economically,
and respect the environment and natural
resources.
The goal of the competition is to collect
innovative ideas and examples of bioclimatic
shelter typologies that utilise renewable
energy sources and can be exploited in
different locations, climates, and cultures.
Propostions should seek to generate, on the
short and medium term, a vast urban and
social restructuring.
A total of 70 000 Euro will be awarded to
the various winners. The eleven-member,
international jury will award three prizes
of 20 000, 15 000, and 10 000 Euro, as well
as five honourable mentions of 5 000 Euro
each.
To be announced in Naples on the occasion of
World Habitat Day and the World Day of
Architecture, the competition will be
officially open on 1 November 2006, and
registrations will be accepted until 31
January 2007. Submissions must be sent no
later than 29 June 2007.
